Rice with Spice
This a hit when ever I cook it for family or friends.

Ingredients:
Directions:
In one skillet saute the onion, garlic, and ginger for five minutes until golden. Then add the salt, spices and tomato and cook for five more minutes. Combine with the rice and set aside.
In another skillet, saute the small onion in butter until golden. Add the cashews and raisins and cook until the cashews are brown. Add cooked peas and combine all ingredients together.
